BASI certified Pilates & Personal Training ​AND a 45 min Massage Treat yourself to the sweet life. Feel the pleasure of getting your optimal workout and releasing tissue tension: meet your personal goals and leave each session on the right track. What is Pilates? Connect your mind-body, lengthen what is short, strengthen what is weak, become better at what you love and feel your best. The Allegro (Pilates machine) is available for private Pilates sessions at Heal in Motion PT.   Please note our pricing breakdown for return clients: $120 for your 60 minute session $160 for your 90 minute session* *(optional 45 min. of training and 45 min. of massage)  If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call directly.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a 24 hour cancellation notice: No refund or rescheduling can take place if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or class. If more than 24 hours notice is given via text, 2 available times will be offered to you for a makeup session. If you can't make either of the offered sessions, then you forgo that appointment. If Deanna is sick and cancels a client/class, she will offer a make-up time/day to be accepted within 24 hours. If you're unable to accept this offer, she will credit your account the missed session/class. No cash refunds are available.
