Heal in Motion PT proudly serves the Bainbridge Island community with Concierge Physical Therapy, Pilates, and Aquatic Physical Therapy. Our team provides one-on-one, hands-on care designed to support movement quality, strength, injury recovery, and long-term wellness for clients of all ages.

Pilates services are offered in partnership with Proactive Pilates. Therapeutic Pilates may be integrated into care plans at Heal in Motion PT, with additional Pilates classes and offerings available through ProactivePilates.net.

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
A referral is not required, although we appreciate liaising with your other medical professionals, to know your medical diagnosis, previous medical history and procedures which are relevant to your present complaint and goals. We’re happy to talk through your situation and answer any questions.
